While this may sound all bright & beautiful, I haven’t always been on this side of things. My struggles with PCOS, post-BCP syndrome and burnout brought me here.

For many years I battled PMS, painful cramps, bloating, irregular periods, hormonal acne, brain fog, migraines, insomnia and anxiety.

Over a decade of hormonal birth control had me depleted of nutrients, while stress and trauma wreaked havoc on my emotional health.
